From the "Are you f***ing kidding me?" file

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, 3rd left, and other dignitaries watch as military jeeps of the Iran Revolutionary Guards carry anti U.S. and anti Israel slogans during large-scale military parades ... on Saturday Sept. 22, 2007. (AP Photo/Hasan Sarbakhshian)

Can you believe this? Ahmadinejad is leaving tomorrow for a visit to the U.S., but today he's having a good old fashioned "Down with USA and Israel" party. We shouldn't let this ass step foot on American soil, let alone give him a podium to speak from (thank you, Columbia University). The nut job even had the nerve to request a visit to Ground Zero. I can hear the victims spinning in their graves from here. Hopefully, the NYPD will keep the little twerp from stepping foot anywhere near the hallowed site.

9/11: 6 years later

The Arabic verse means "I will not surrender/I will not submit". This is not only a day for rememberance, but a day for resolve. It's difficult to watch the above video, but it's necessary. Thousands of innocent people died that day (2,996 to be exact) at the hands of Islamic extremists.

These extremists have not exactly made it secret that they want to finish what they started. They still want our heads on a chopping block just like they did on 9/11/2001, unless you want to convert to Islam or live under sharia. Those are your choices: 1.) follow Islamic law, 2.) become a Muslim, or 3.) die. I think I'm gonna go with 4.) support the military in eliminating extremists on their own turf. Any other suggestions?

My final wedding of the year!

Sorry this is a little late. Danny and Michelle were married on Aug. 18th and have (I think) already returned from their Hawaiian honeymoon. Hope it was fun! I was waiting for my external hard drive to be delivered so I could finally transfer my pics from my memory card.

The ceremony was very sweet with the bride and groom sharing personal love letters with each other. It was definitely a tear jerker. The weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding...not too hot, thank God. After the cocktail hour, we made our way indoors for the reception. The room was really beautiful. The colors were black and white and it reminded me of a winter wonderland. They really outdid themselves with the centerpieces (made by the bridal party...even the boys pitched in!). I was so bummed that I had to leave just as the party was getting started. I called in sick to work so I wouldn't miss it (shhh...don't tell), but I had to work the following day. Booooooooo!!!

Congratulations, Danny and Michelle! I hope you have a long and wonderful life together.
